It has had millions of downloads since it’s release, and allows users to schedule their appointments years in advance, manage multiple diaries, set configurable alarms and organise their to-do list.
It is simple to use, takes up minimal amount of disk space, doesn't take over your computer, and has no adverts.
It is completely free for both private and commercial use, and will continue to be so.
