The objective
We realised from the start that we had two main objectives;
- A better designed website, responsive, portray the bespoke nature of what they do, and increase conversions.
- Use tours and destinations to gradually grow SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) to drive traffic to the website.
The solution
The website design follows a very British yet modern approach. Inspiration was taken from the English Gentleman of the past whilst understanding his clientele. Colour scheme, fonts, graphic details and beautiful imagery has been carelfully planned to support his users.
The user journey was an importnant factor in the design. Subtle animations are used to draw the user's attention. Techniques such as parallax effects on imagery and 'marque' effects on call to action buttons.
To achieve the second goal extensive research had to be conducted in the SEO strategy and content writing part due to not many people searching for 'private car tours'. Once the strategy was completed we then applied this to the bespoke content writing keeping the client infomred at every stage.
The website is hooked into our CMS (Content Management System) which is powered by Laravel. This enables our client to add, update and manage his content easily. The website is using our lightweight tour system due to how bespoke nature of the tours.
