Tribal tracks is a brand new group travel company inspired by the love for travel.

It's the brainchild of Charlie and Gaynor's vision to find truly unique travel experiences.

The Strategy

Tribal Tracks came into the office initially to discuss their vision and business model. First of all, they needed a brand and a website that would appeal to a high-end target audience. We decided that the storytelling approach was the best way to convey their strong vision and engage their audience emotionally. This required the use of high-quality imagery. The visual appeal was also crucial to reflect the high-end positioning. Therefore, we decided that a highly visual website design with good use of white space would help the business achieve its goals and secure a place in the heart of its target audience.

The client's main expectation was to have an interactive map on the website that guides the users through a variety of destinations and tour ideas.

In regard to the brand personality, it was important to use colours that represent nature and outdoors and also resonate with the striking imagery we used. Hence, we used a blend of blue and green as the main brand colour. The T's on the logo form two aeroplanes as a further hint to the brand essence. They also form part of a shield that emphasises the tribal aspect of the business name.

As requested by the client, we custom-designed a map to show each destination along with its tours.

The responsive design brings in a clean, fresh look with a modern feel. The website was designed to follow the natural flow of the user journey from the start to the end, making sure that all touchpoints are covered and the users can always find the information they are looking for. We also added call-to-action elements to every page to help users get in touch with the business at any point during their customer journey.

Search engine optimisation was an important consideration to our client due to the strong competition on the market. The extensive keywords research helped us to optimise the core pages for top keywords and make sure that all the content was correctly linked together.
