Solution

The website features an online shop where customers can browse and purchase everyday quality items such as baths, shower enclosures, bathroom furniture, taps etc. This section will utilises the popular WooCommerce platform to ensure smooth and secure online transactions. The website uses the default software for WooCommerce but has had a revamp in terms of look and feel.

The Collections section of the website highlights the exclusive items that can only be purchased through the showroom. However, the collections still needed to be showcased in a similar way like a shop for ultimate browsing experience. To achieve this we had to develop a custom post type in Wordpress that looks and behaves like the WooCommerce platform.

Additionally, the website introduces the bespoke section of the website which is where Harlequin Bathrooms details thier unique service. Customers can personalise their bathroom items to meet their unique preferences.

Which leads us onto the bathroom design service and full installation. It was important to showcase this as our client offers a full rounded service from design to installation. By emphasising the showroom and the personalised service they offer, Harlequin Bathrooms can differentiate itself from competitors who lack a physical presence.

To enhance the user experience, the website incorporates elegant luxury design elements, including on-scroll animations and high-quality images. Professional photographs of the products and images from manufacturers showcase the beauty and craftsmanship of what they offer.

The website is built on the WordPress platform, providing a user-friendly back-end interface for easy content management. Currently, the website is being populated by the client with their collections and later on the products for purchase.
