Vintage car auctioneers commission modern responsive web design

Published on Thursday, May 7th 2015 by Andy Payne

Some of DVCAs lots may be from a bygone era, but with a modern responsive web site design by Webbed Feet UK – their website is fit for today’s auction hunters.

DVCA has been a longstanding client of ours and understand the importance of having a strong web presence. With more and more people using mobile devices to browse the web – in fact, over a third of DVCAs users are browsing using a tablet or mobile - they asked us to make their existing web site design responsive.

A responsive website design means that the web page smartly adapts to the dimensions of the device being used to view it, therefore eliminating the need for the user to scroll across or zoom in the view text.

Constantly evaluating how you can improve user experience on your website, such as having a responsive design, pays dividends. Not long after we launched the responsive design for DVCA Google introduced a big change to its algorithm which will result in mobile-friendly websites – like DVCA – ranking higher than others which are not.

If your website is not mobile-friendly it would certainly be wise to think about investing in a responsive website design.

We are Webbed Feet UK and we offer mobile-friendly website design.
